1. Who we are
Dialed is a trading name of Oscar William Biltcliffe, a sole trader established in England.

| VAT | Not VAT registered. The price you see is the price you pay. |
We do not operate premium-rate telephone lines. If you contact us about your contract, it costs you no more than a basic-rate call.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the above; “you” means the person using Dialed.
2. What Dialed is
Dialed is a web application for practising cold-calling. It provides:
- Campaign — structured lessons teaching cold-calling technique. You complete steps by speaking.
- AI Call — a spoken practice call against an AI playing a prospect, with written feedback afterwards.
- Roleplay — short drills where you hear a prospect’s line, respond, and receive coaching.
Dialed is a training tool. It does not make calls, does not contact anyone on your behalf, and never connects you to a real person.
What you need: a device with a modern web browser, an internet connection, and — for the voice features — a working microphone and speakers. Speech recognition is provided by your browser, not by us; it is not available or equally accurate in every browser (see section 6). You can use Dialed without a microphone: every prospect line is shown as text, and you can type your replies.
3. Dialed uses artificial intelligence — read this
- The “prospect” is not a person. In AI Call and Roleplay you are talking to an AI. Nobody real is listening.
- The coaching and scoring are generated by AI. They can be wrong, inconsistent, or unhelpful. Treat them as one automated opinion, not a verdict.
- Nothing in Dialed is professional advice. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or business advice, and must not be relied on as such. If you need advice about how you sell, get it from a qualified person.
- We promise no outcomes. Dialed does not guarantee that using it will win you clients, increase your bookings, improve your results, or make you better at selling.
4. Dialed is an early version — what that means, and what it doesn’t
Dialed is early-access software and we want you to know that before you pay. It is actively being developed. That means, honestly:
- It will have bugs. Some you’ll notice, some you won’t.
- Features will change, be added, be reworked, and occasionally be removed.
- Speech recognition is imperfect — it may mishear you, particularly with accents, background noise, or in some browsers. This is your browser’s recognition, not ours (section 6).
- AI coaching is inconsistent. The same answer may score differently on different attempts.
- There will be downtime, sometimes unannounced.
- Content is being expanded and revised, and lessons or drills may change.
Why we’re telling you this: the quality you are entitled to expect from digital content is judged partly by how it is described and what you paid. Dialed is described here, plainly, as an early-access product at a low monthly price. That is the product you are buying, and you should price your expectations accordingly.
What this section does NOT do — and cannot: it does not remove your legal rights. Nothing in this section, or anywhere in these Terms, excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Dialed must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose we’ve told you it’s for, and as described. Those terms are implied into our contract by law and we cannot exclude them, and we don’t try to. If Dialed doesn’t meet them, section 15 tells you what you’re entitled to.
Being an early version is context for what “satisfactory” means here. It is not a licence for us to sell you something broken.
5. Your calling is your responsibility — this matters
Dialed teaches technique. It does not make you compliant, and it is not permission to call anyone.
If you make real calls, you alone are responsible for doing so lawfully. In the UK that includes, without limitation:
- the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR);
- screening against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) where required;
- UK GDPR, where your calling involves personal data;
- any rules of any regulator or professional body that applies to you.
We are not responsible for how you use what you learn. Nothing shown to you in Dialed — a script, a technique, a scenario, an AI’s coaching — should be taken as confirmation that a call you plan to make is lawful. If you’re unsure, take advice. Compliance is not a feature of this product.
6. Speech recognition is done by your browser, not by us
When you speak into Dialed, your web browser turns your speech into text using its own built-in speech recognition. In most browsers this means your browser’s maker receives and processes your audio on their servers — Google for Chrome, Microsoft for Edge, and so on.
This happens between you and your browser’s maker. We do not control it, we do not receive your audio, and their handling of it is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. We never record, store or upload your audio.
Our Privacy Policy explains this fully. If you would rather your browser’s maker did not process your voice, don’t use the microphone features — Dialed works with text and typed replies.
We can’t guarantee the availability or accuracy of your browser’s speech recognition, because it isn’t ours.
7. Who can use Dialed
- You must be 18 or over. Dialed is not for children and we don’t knowingly provide it to them.
- Dialed is offered to consumers in the United Kingdom only. We do not offer, market or sell it elsewhere. We ask you to confirm that you live in the UK before you can use Dialed, and again before you subscribe. If you’re outside the UK, please don’t sign up. We rely on what you tell us — we don’t check your location — so confirming it when it isn’t true breaches these Terms, and we may close your account under section 14.
- You need your own account. Don’t share your login, don’t let anyone else use your account, and don’t create an account for someone else.
- Personal use only. Dialed is supplied for your own training. It is not licensed for use as a training resource for a team, a class, or a business’s staff. If you want that, get in touch.
8. Free and Pro
Free — no charge
- 1 AI practice call per day
- 50 roleplay drills per day
- 5 campaign lessons per day
- Practice calls use your browser’s built-in voice
Pro — £11.99 per month
- 100 AI practice calls per billing month
- 50 roleplay drills per day
- Unlimited campaign lessons
- Premium voice
How the limits reset:
- Daily limits reset at midnight, UK time.
- Pro’s practice-call allowance resets on your own billing date — one month from your payment — not on the 1st of the calendar month.
Unused allowance does not carry over.
Changing what’s included: we may change these limits. If we reduce what Pro includes, we’ll tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel. We will not push an update that makes Pro materially worse than what you paid for without telling you first.
9. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and everything done through it. Keep your login to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Your email, password and any linked Google sign-in are held by Clerk — see our Privacy Policy.
10. Paying for Pro
Pro costs £11.99 per month, charged in advance, and renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
We are not VAT registered, so £11.99 is the total you pay. There are no other charges.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If a payment fails, your Pro access may stop; Stripe may retry.
Price changes: we may change the price of Pro. We’ll tell you at least 30 days beforehand and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
11. Your 14-day right to cancel — and how you can choose to give it up
Because Pro is bought at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel and get a full refund, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may choose to give up that right so Pro starts immediately. At checkout you are asked to confirm — by ticking a box that is not pre-ticked — that:
- you want Pro to start straight away, during the 14-day cancellation period; and
- you understand that once Pro has started, you lose your right to cancel it for a refund under those Regulations.
If you tick that box and Pro starts, you cannot cancel for a refund under those Regulations. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments (section 12), and you keep your rights if something is faulty (section 15).
If you’d rather keep the 14 days, don’t tick the box — Pro won’t start until the 14 days have passed.
How to cancel within the 14 days, if you kept the right: tell us clearly before the 14 days are up — email support@dialedsales.co.uk with your name and account email, or use the form at the end of these Terms. You don’t have to use the form. We’ll refund you within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method.
12. Cancelling and deleting — two different things
Please read both. They do different things.
Cancelling your subscription
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Two clicks, no phone call, no email, no asking permission.
- Takes effect at the end of your current paid month.
- You keep Pro until then, then move to Free.
- No further payments are taken.
- Your account and all your progress stay.
Deleting your account
Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Cancels your subscription immediately.
- You lose the remainder of the month you have already paid for. There is no refund for it.
- Permanently deletes your progress, XP, streaks, stars, call history, saved objections and profile.
- Deletes your sign-in.
- It cannot be undone.
If you just want to stop paying, cancel — don’t delete. You’ll keep everything and pay nothing further.
13. Refunds
Beyond the rights described in sections 11 and 15, we do not offer refunds — including for part-months, unused allowance, or an account you delete.
This does not affect your legal rights. Section 15 explains what you’re entitled to if something’s wrong.
14. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- use Dialed for anything unlawful, or to prepare unlawful marketing;
- try to break, bypass or overload it — including its usage limits;
- use bots, scripts or automated access against it;
- share, resell or redistribute your access;
- copy, extract, scrape or reuse Dialed’s lessons, drills, scripts, audio or images outside your own personal practice;
- reverse-engineer it, except where the law says you may;
- put anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringing into it — including in custom objections, your bio, or your avatar;
- impersonate anyone, or upload an image of someone who hasn’t agreed to it;
- confirm you live in the UK when you don’t (section 7).
If you break these Terms we may suspend or close your account. If we do and you were paying, we’ll refund any full months you’ve paid for and not used — unless the breach was serious, in which case we may not.
15. If something’s wrong — your legal rights
Dialed is digital content, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights we cannot exclude. Dialed must be:
- of satisfactory quality — the standard a reasonable person would consider satisfactory, taking into account how it’s described (including section 4), the price, and the circumstances;
- fit for any particular purpose you told us about before you subscribed;
- as described.
If it isn’t:
- We must repair or replace it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.
- If that’s impossible, or we don’t do it in a reasonable time, you’re entitled to a price reduction — up to the full amount, depending on the circumstances.
- If Dialed damages your device or your other digital content because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, we may be liable to repair the damage or compensate you.
Nothing in these Terms limits these rights. If anything here conflicts with them, your statutory rights win.
Tell us first: email support@dialedsales.co.uk. Most problems are fixed quickly.
16. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it’s obvious it will happen, or if we both knew it might when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (section 15);
- anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, we are not liable for:
- loss that isn’t foreseeable;
- business losses. Dialed is supplied for personal training. If you use it for a business, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or business interruption;
- anything arising from calls you make, or from how you use what you learn;
- AI-generated coaching, scoring or feedback being wrong, inconsistent or unhelpful;
- failures of services outside our control — your browser’s speech recognition, your microphone, your internet connection, or a third-party provider Dialed depends on;
- issues arising from the early-access matters described in section 4, to the extent they don’t breach section 15.
Subject to everything above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
17. Availability
We try to keep Dialed working, but we don’t promise it will be available all the time, uninterrupted or error-free — see section 4.
Dialed depends on other companies (see our Privacy Policy). If they fail, parts of Dialed may not work.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro entirely, we’ll refund any full months you’ve paid for and not used.
18. Our content and yours
Ours: Dialed’s lessons, drills, scripts, audio, images and software belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription is permission to use Dialed personally. It gives you no ownership and no right to reuse our content elsewhere.
Yours: anything you put in — your objections, your bio, your avatar — stays yours. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, and you confirm you have the right to upload it.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Dialed afterwards means you accept it. If you don’t, cancel.
20. Complaints, law and courts
Email us first: support@dialedsales.co.uk. Most things are sorted in a message or two.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
21. General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something immediately, we can still enforce it later. This contract is between you and us — nobody else can enforce it. You may not transfer your rights under it without our agreement.
